From Friday 9h of June to Sunday 31st of December 2023
Temporary exhibition set up inside the Granum Museum, which offers through documents, images and informative texts edited by the historian Leonardo Parachini, the information on the particular painted houses present in Baveno and in the hamlets of Oltrefiume, Loita and Romanico and explores the figures of the Bernasconi and Monferini dynasties of decorators, offering an insight into the liberty style expressed in these architectural decorations.
Visiting hours are as follows:
– from 9th of June to 30th of September, every day from 9am-12.30pm and 3pm-6pm
-from 1st of October, from Monday to Saturday 10.30am-12.30pm and Tuesday, Thursday, Friday also 3pm-6pm
The event is part of the review “The stone tells 2023”, created in collaboration by the City of Baveno, the Municipality of Mergozzo and GAM with the support of the VCO Community Foundation.
