Concert on the beach in Feriolo (Via Repubblica dell’Ossola, near the Al Vecchio Canneto restaurant) at sunrise with the classical harp of the Verbanese musician Martina Nifantani.
Participants are invited to bring their own blanket to spread out on the sand.
The program offers an overview of the harp repertoire through different centuries and styles, referring to dawn, trying to simulate the idea of awakening in a gradual crescendo of intensity. The performance takes place in two parts, three original pieces for harp and pieces stolen from the piano repertoire, to show the potential of the instrument in all its nuances.

The artist
Martina Nifantani was born in Verbania on April 7, 2001. She approaches musical studies at the age of six studying piano at the A. Toscanini music school in Verbania, distinguishing herself as winner of the first prize in the 14th and 15th edition of the competition national “Valstrona Musical Interpretation”. He began studying the harp at the age of eleven, under the guidance of Sara Chessa at the Casanova music school in Laveno.
After having obtained the first and second pre-academic level certification of harp at the G. Verdi Conservatory in Milan, she was admitted to the Claudio Abbado Civic School of Music in Milan, where she currently studies in the class of the Muscovite Maestro Irina Zingg.
She has performed as a soloist and in chamber music for the reviews Transfigured Nights, Open Air Museum, Premeno Classica, Ghiffa in Musica; for the Milan Foundation at the Fabbrica del Vapore in Milan, the Western Pontifical University, the Monumental Cemetery in Milan, the Pinacoteca di Brera.
Since 2018 he has participated annually in the HarpMaster Academy in Switzerland, specializing with Milda Agazarian, Sylvian Blassel, Isabelle Moretti, Ieuan Jones, Luisa Prandina, Mara Galassi; in July 2021 she performed as a soloist in the “Young Soloist” concert on the occasion of the 16th edition of the Festspiele. In 2022 she participated as first harp in the “Bohème Experience 2022” project at the Teatro Lirico in Milan, on the occasion of the 160th anniversary of the Claudio Abbado Civic School of Music.
She distinguished herself as winner at the “Antonio Salieri di Legnago” International Competition (First Absolute Prize), and at the “Suoni d’ Arpa” International Competition in Saluzzo, participating in the Third National Symposium “The Harp in Italy” hosted by Salvi Harps for the Italian Harp Association.
