Friday 8th and Saturday 9th of July 2022, from 7pm to 11pm
Wine tasting and wine tourism promoting event edited by Go Wine, organization located in Alba promoting wine tourism and culture.
The event aims to assign the wines of Piedmont over the course of two summer evenings. There will be a selection of wineries to meet the public of wine lovers, propose wines for tasting, narrate corners and stories of the Piedmontese vineyard.
Here is the list of wineries that will participate: Agnelli Viassone – Alba (Cn); Cascina Bertolotto – Spigno Monferrato (Al); Cascina del Pozzo – Castellinaldo (Cn); Cascina delle Rocche di Moncucco – S. Stefano Belbo (Cn); Culasso Piercarlo – Barbaresco (Cn); F.lli Aimasso – Diano d’Alba (Cn); Forteto della Luja – Loazzolo (At); only on Saturday 9 July La Tribuleira – Santo Stefano Belbo (Cn); only on Saturday 9 July Masseria – Alba (Cn); Monteruello – Fontanile (At); only on Saturday 9 July Morra Diego – Verduno (Cn); only on Friday 8 July Patrone Edoardo – Domodossola (Vb); Poderi Moretti – Monteu Roero (Cn); Scarzella – Rocchetta Tanaro (At).
Furthermore, the inaugural stage of the Moscato Wine Festival in Tour will be held on Friday 8th July, including a selection of over 40 labels from the various Italian regions: from the Moscato d’Asti selections in Piedmont to Moscato di Pantelleria in Sicily.
Both evenings include musical accompaniment:
– Friday 8th of July, the concert of the Fasoli Duo will be held, a group composed by Gigio and Giobi, uncle and nephew, who reinterpret the classic pieces of Italian songwriting music from Battisti to Capossela;
– Saturday 9th of July, TheCenti will perform, three multi-instrumentalists and singers of heterogeneous musical extraction, who meet in a repertoire from Gaber to Ed Sheeran passing by Pino Daniele and Daniele Silvestri.
The cost of the entrance ticket is € 16.00, with a € 10.00 reduction for Go Wine Members, and includes unlimited free-form tastings. Those who buy the ticket online will have a discount of € 14.00. For those who join Go Wine (registration deadline June 30, 2023) on the occasion of the event, admission is free.
